As a result of the decentralization of production plants and increased demands for rapid information and data exchange, an extremely wide range of data interfaces are now being used in production control. The data connectors used must be suitable for the challenging environmental conditions in industrial applications.
Pepperl+Fuchs offers a range of industrial components, from ready-made cables and field connectors, to device connections for common fieldbuses and Industrial Ethernet.
Industrial Ethernet
Ready-made and field M12 and RJ45 components are available for Industrial Ethernet. These components have high mechanical strength due to their PUR outer sheathing, which means they can be used in even the harshest environmental conditions. What's more, in addition to the IP67 degree of protection, the components also have the corresponding EMC protection and a vibration-resistant catch mechanism. The twisted pairs of cable with braided shield ensure that the specified transmission properties are observed.
