Brazed plate heat exchangers are comprised of a number of
moulded stainless steel plates which are vacuum-brazed with copper or nickel.
The special moulding of the plates ensures a turbulent flow
which is necessary for an optimum heat
transfer and which furthermore brings about a self-cleaning effect,
because deposits on the surface are reduced by the high level of wall friction.

(nickel-brazed version up to 10 bar possible)
Temperature range: up to 200°C
Gasketed plate heat exchangers are comprised of a package of individual,
moulded heat exchange plates made of stainless steel or titanium,
for which seals ensure the separation of the media.
In order to cover the large performance range,
various installation sizes with different numbers of plates are available.
